You find your locations, sign contracts with merchants, and monitor performance from the CMS. Your locations join the DOOH circuit: 70% of the advertising revenue is yours.

Frequently asked questions.

Performance varies by location, footfall and management. As a guide, a location in our network generates €150-250 net per month for the operator client (DOOH 70% share + powerbank sharing). Top-performing locations can exceed €400/month. We share real network data during the call.
The first 12 months are included in the price: CMS software, data SIM, routine maintenance, powerbank refilling, technical support. From month 13 a fee of €40/totem/month applies. As the operator, you focus only on developing locations and building merchant relationships.
12-month warranty on the totem (free replacement/repair for manufacturing defects). Excludes wilful damage, tampering and force majeure. After 12 months, the maintenance fee covers most routine interventions.
No. This is the sale of capital goods (totems) and ancillary services, not a financial product. Powerpill SRL does not solicit public savings within the meaning of the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF). The risk is entrepreneurial, not financial.
The hardware is your property once payment is settled. The services relationship (software, DOOH) runs for 36 months and is renewable. You can stop paying the fee from month 13 onwards (you lose access to the services but remain the owner of the hardware).
Yes. We organise visits to active locations (Rome and other cities) so you can see the product in operation and talk to our enterprise clients. We do this after the first exploratory call.
Yes, you are the operator. But we support you: we propose locations free of charge in the first 6 months, 3 with Silver, 5 with Gold and 10 with Platinum respectively. We keep a list of potential merchants for each area.
With Gold and Platinum, yes, positive exclusivity: we guarantee that we will not sell to other operators in your area (one metropolitan area with Gold, up to 3 metropolitan areas with Platinum). With Silver there is no geographic exclusivity: you cannot install in postcodes where we already have our own direct locations.
With Silver (5 totems) realistically 5-10 hours/week of active management, dropping to 2-3 at steady state after 6 months. With Gold (10 totems) 10-15 hours/week initially, 5-8 at steady state; with Platinum (20 totems) proportionally more. It should be treated as an active line of business, not passive income.
Silver and Gold: 30% deposit + 70% balance before delivery. For Platinum we can consider a payment plan of 2-3 quarterly instalments with a personal guarantee from the legal representative. This can be discussed directly on the call.
The hardware is yours, you can transfer it. However, access to the DOOH circuit and to the CMS software is personal and non-transferable. The buyer of one of your totems does not inherit access to Powerpill services. For transfers, contact us first.
The hardware is yours. The software is hosted on cloud infrastructure; we plan for continuity of at least 12 months even in adverse scenarios. Access to the DOOH circuit depends on our contract with the media concessionaire. Full transparency: we are building a solid company, but it is right that you weigh this aspect as you would any B2B relationship.
